Orlando founded ORESA Limited in order to bring his own brand of executive search into the market. Immediately before this, he was ‘Managing Consultant - Executive Search' for a London based executive search practice.

Past industry experience includes leading the business planning, investment strategy and operations for an e-commerce start-up (media and retail), as well as consultancy (e-commerce, marketing & leisure) and general management (hospitality).

Notable recent appointments made by Orlando within private, quoted and VC businesses include main and operating board positions such as Managing Director, Group Operations Director, Creative Director, E-Commerce Director, Buying Director and CIO.

Orlando has considerable experience of building teams both vertically and horizontally, confidentially, during periods of change and growth. In addition he has conducted talent & market intelligence projects across Europe and advised on board and corporate strategy.

Orlando holds an LLB (Hons) Law degree from The University of Leeds and has an MSc in Marketing and Strategic Management.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA).

Orlando enjoys a variety of interests which include the arts and literature, scuba diving, cookery and field/outdoor pursuits.
