Q. I am a candidate and have been headhunted by you. What happens now?

Answer

Once we have made initial contact and received preliminary information from you, we will assess your profile and arrange to discuss the opportunity in more detail with you. If this proves fruitful, we will arrange to meet you for an interview, which will determine more exactly your suitability for the role in question. Our assessment will be made on both technical and cultural requirements and, typically, meetings last for about one hour. Once we have interviewed all relevant candidates we will contact you to discuss whether you still want to proceed and gain your agreement to submit your details to our client. We endeavour to keep you up-to-date at all times throughout the process.
