Q: I am a client looking to build a new team. What experience and advice can you offer me?

Answer

The consultants at Oresa have built teams for numerous companies. Basing our advice on the experience gained from these team-builds, we would suggest an initial meeting to discuss the overall objectives, the strategy to adopt, the tactical requirements and how you would like the project to be delivered.

Following these discussions, we will determine the methodology (tailored to your requirements), time-scales, costs and any other related information. We will, as a matter of course, provide you with our initial thoughts and guidance (which may include competitor structures, salary surveys and other information that will aid the team-build) and will continue to advise as the process moves towards conclusion.
