Whilst structure and process are fundamental, we feel that offering a service that is able to be tailored to your requirements is equally important; so, whilst we maintain the strategic methodology to ensure we find you the right person, tactically we will provide a bespoke service that meets your requirements. Process

Brief

The most important part of the equation for both parties! As a partner organisation, we like to understand as much as possible about you: culture, corporate organisation (including structure, finance and objectives), people - we are interested. We also need to know the experience, competencies, subtleties and attitudes that you require from any incoming individual. After all, this is about finding a key employee who will fit seamlessly into the organisation, not about the first person to meet a tick list.

Search

The search process is intense and laborious for us but very simple for you. We use our expertise and experience to ensure that no stone is left unturned. This involves using previous experience, our extensive network, our on-going proactive search campaigns and ‘from scratch’ original search. During this part of the process you are left free to get on with your job, being kept up-to-date when you want and being distracted only when essential.

Assessment

Every candidate that we feel is relevant to the search is interviewed face-to-face by the consultant managing the assignment. We maximise the talent pool by organising interviews in as convenient a location as possible 'for them' not us.

For some processes you may feel that you require further assessments such as psychometric testing. Where you would like to explore such avenues we will be happy to advise as required.

Shortlist

On submission of shortlist, we provide CV's and assessment notes to you. These can be as detailed or as brief as you require but will always come with our honest recommendations.

Completion

As the successful candidate emerges we will work with you to make the offer/ negotiation stage as easy as possible and complete the assignment with all parties satisfied that they have profited from the experience.
