Recruiting a creative director, manager or art worker is perhaps one of the most difficult decisions any line manager has to make. Presentation, individual design, style, originality, capability and personality fit may all be important considerations, with one rarely able to be sacrificed for the other.

Here at ORESA we recruit in creative services only when it is a role that we are entirely comfortable that we can fill. We would rather say no than say sorry.
